Q: Are you the owners of the properties or are you a wholesaler?
A: We are the owners of the properties. We do not do any wholesaling or work with wholesalers.
Q: Do you have interior photos of the properties?
A: Often times we do not have interior photos of the properties. We buy properties at auction and don’t always get immediate access to the interior of the property. We can’t speak to the interior condition of the property.
Q: Do you do JVs or work with wholesalers?
A: We do not do JVs or work with wholesalers. We are looking for end buyers.
Q: What’s the condition of the roof, HVAC, electrical, etc?
A: We buy properties at auction and can’t confirm the age or condition of the roof, mechanical, electrical or plumbing. You are free to tour the interior of the property if it is vacant and bring in your own contractor for an assessment of the work needed. Email [email protected] for the lockbox code. The properties are being sold in “as-is” condition.
Q: What is the estimated renovation cost?
A: We can’t confirm the estimated renovation cost of any property. Q: How do I submit an offer?
